What you will do

• Manage complex client relationships, conduct client visits, maintain service quality, and identify opportunities for additional banking services.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Relationship Managers and other staff while overseeing performance, development, staffing, and related management decisions.
• Lead process improvements supporting service quality, operational efficiency, profitability, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain administrative, operational, risk management, and internal control support for the assigned unit.
• Develop key internal and external relationships, support revenue-generating efforts, and contribute to strategic plans and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Monitor risks, audits, regulatory issues, progress, and performance while implementing corrective actions when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience, or 9 years of combined higher education and work experience including 5 years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, resource management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage development, delegate work, analyze results, and guide staff toward performance goals.
• Ability to manage a scope of up to 6,500 accounts or more than 10 staff members.

Nice to have

• Certified Corporate Trust Specialist certification.
• Project management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and industry-specific software.
