Location: Arizona, United States; virtual instruction during 8:00am–4:00pm school hours, Monday–Friday

Salary: Starts at $36/hour for Arizona 1099 opportunities

What you will do

• Provide legally compliant specially designed instruction and compensatory education services to K-12 students with active IEPs.
• Develop and deliver data-driven, individualized lessons covering literacy, foundational math, executive functioning, and functional and adaptive life skills.
• Create, manage, and monitor student IEPs, including case management and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, students, and other IEP team members to coordinate services and tailor instruction.
• Administer screenings, progress monitoring, and formal outcomes assessments to guide instructional decisions.

Requirements

• Active Arizona educator license or certification with a Moderate/Severe Disabilities, PreK-12 Endorsement.
• School-based experience providing specially designed instruction in self-contained classrooms and working with diverse student populations.
• Strong collaborative communication skills for working with IEP teams, teachers, parents, and students.
• Proficiency with virtual service delivery, meeting platforms, and instructional technology.
• Dedicated private workspace, secure high-speed internet, reliable computer, and webcam.
• Minimum availability of 15 hours per week during traditional school hours, Monday through Friday.
