Curriculum Coordinator

Location: Remote from Tbilisi, Georgia. Work schedule: 9:00–17:30 Chicago time.

Salary: $1,000–$1,100 per month net.

What you will do

• Manage curriculum development, implementation, revision, and related educational material procurement across programs.
• Design and revise curriculum materials with faculty, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
• Incorporate educational research, teaching best practices, and feedback from students, faculty, and staff.
• Ensure curricula support certification content requirements, accreditation standards, and institutional goals.
• Evaluate student learning outcomes and recommend improvements with academic leadership.
• Develop faculty resources, select instructional materials, and integrate teaching methodologies and technologies.

Requirements

• English proficiency at C1–C2 level is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, curriculum and instruction, teaching, or a related field.
• Experience in curriculum design and development, lesson planning, and program evaluation.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience; 2–3 years in teaching, curriculum development, or educational administration is preferred.
• Availability for a 9:00–17:30 schedule aligned with Chicago time.
