Operations Analyst (Secret Clearance)

Location: Longmont, Colorado, United States. U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance are required. The role supports a 24/7 operations environment and may require work outside regular business hours.

Salary: $62,000–$83,000–$91,300 annually for Colorado, with location-based ranges for other hiring states.

What you will do

• Monitor collection demand, production performance, program requirements, and operational risks.
• Identify issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate operational challenges to management and technical support teams.
• Coordinate satellite collection, processing, and imagery delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Manage tasking decks and specialized requirements for 2D/3D product strategy, revenue enablement, and live demonstrations.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, status reports, and KPI metrics to communicate performance and impacts.
• Assess order feasibility, manage deadlines, prioritize workloads, and support daily operations.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in project analysis, program support, production operations, mission operations, or a related field.
• Experience with GIS software, database querying, and scripting languages.
• Ability to communicate operational status, milestones, issues, and resolutions with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with orbital mechanics and remote sensing products and applications.
• Experience working in Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and performance reports with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
• Experience developing or improving standard operating procedures, mitigation processes, or operational workflows.
