What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of low-latency services and public APIs for scalable multi-tenant architectures.
• Develop and optimize forward and reverse proxies, including traffic interception, modification, and dynamic policy enforcement.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting across services to improve performance management.
• Use AI development tools and agentic frameworks for coding, testing, and problem-solving while maintaining security and code quality.
• Lead architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate on complex technical initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies for improving system architecture and development practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing low-latency applications with Go.
• Experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS architectures and forward and reverse proxies.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, network protocols, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools, AI-assisted development workflows, agentic frameworks, and context engineering.
• Ability to lead projects independently, analyze complex systems, solve problems, and communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Experience with public API design is beneficial; familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering is a plus.
