Client Readiness Coordinator (VIE) (Fintech)

Location: Porto, Portugal; start date January 2027. The role is a 12-month VIE contract, renewable once.

hirify.global operates European market infrastructure and is developing the Convergence programme to harmonize and modernize five CSD platforms, processes, and client experiences across Europe.

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of client readiness activities for the Convergence programme.
• Coordinate client communications and documentation to ensure clarity and timely delivery.
• Track deliverables, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare and facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
• Produce reports and dashboards for programme management and senior leadership.
• Improve client readiness processes and tools.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least one successful internship or work experience in project management, coordination, PMO, or client-facing roles.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English required.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, autonomous, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
