Senior Sales Engineer (AI/Data)

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the United States; approximately 30% travel required.

What you will do

• Support the full sales process by discovering customer needs, identifying pain points, and translating technical requirements into hirify.global solutions.
• Deliver custom demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, pilot projects, and assisted trials.
• Build custom solutions across Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and GCP using APIs, SDKs, MCPs, and Agents.
• Advise customers on cloud modernization, AI-driven initiatives, and scalable data strategies.
• Present technical and business value to technical, operational, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in presales, product management, professional services, engineering, technical support, or technical account management.
• 4+ years of experience developing solutions with Scala, Python, Java, and Spark in environments such as Databricks.
• Experience communicating with, presenting to, and influencing technical and operational stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, MCP Servers, cloud environments, cloud-native infrastructure, AWS, and EKS.
• Experience with SaaS architecture and cloud computing.

• Experience with data enrichment, location intelligence, data quality, data governance, data integration, or MDM solutions.
