Associate Quality Assurance Inspector (2nd Shift)

Location: On-site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; 2nd shift

Hourly pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect simple and highly complex mechanical and electrical parts and assemblies.
• Generate inspection reports and provide technical responses and investigations.
• Read parts lists, manufacturing drawings, inspection instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering change notices.
• Use basic measurement equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and pin gages.
• Perform simple MRP transactions related to quality assurance.
• Follow quality policies and procedures and complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to one year of related quality assurance experience required.
• General computer skills required; Microsoft Office knowledge is desirable.
• Must be able to obtain IPC-STD-001 or PC-A-610 certification upon hiring.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of constant standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, repetitive motion, and eye-hand-foot coordination.

Nice to have

• Technical associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
