Manufacturing Technician - 2nd Shift (Medical Device Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Operate semi-automated custom equipment and related software for capillary coating and cartridge fabrication.
• Perform manufacturing tasks, in-process quality inspections, documentation, and basic ERP functions.
• Read and follow SOPs, work instructions, regulatory documentation, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Support process engineers and multidisciplinary engineering and science teams with troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Maintain ISO 13485 quality compliance, complete required training, and meet quality and productivity expectations.
• Work independently on routine tasks while following priorities set by supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2+ years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment.
• Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive laboratory work.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
• Basic troubleshooting, problem-solving, measurement, inspection, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office and ERP knowledge, with the ability to learn new equipment and processes.
• Work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• Daily microscope experience and understanding of spatial work under a microscope.
