What you will do

• Perform assigned human factors research and design work.
• Support the engineering department with research and design activities.
• Work independently on assignments with minimal supervision.
• Lead project assignments when needed.
• Prepare technical reports and research findings.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Ability to write technical reports and research findings.
• Ability to speak and present effectively.
• Basic statistics, arithmetic, tabular data, and graph interpretation skills.
• Problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
