Manager Supply Chain Planning (Supply Chain)

Location: CBL Piracicaba office, Brazil; onsite five days a week. Required travel: up to 20% domestically and internationally.

What you will do

• Lead supply chain activities for the Manufacturing Parts Network across the Americas, including the Midwest Logistic Center and Brazil Logistic Center.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain performance, material availability, inventory objectives, supplier delivery, and capacity alignment.
• Develop and improve complex regional and global supply chain strategies, processes, standard work, and best practices.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify risks, resolve constraints, and manage material shortages and supply disruptions.
• Use performance metrics to provide visibility into supply chain health and support business decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team, including performance and succession planning.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of supply chain or related experience involving manufacturing and suppliers.
• Formal team leadership experience, including remote team management.
• Advanced English.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt experience.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and establish and monitor policies and guidelines.
• Completed degree.
