Supply Chain Specialist VIE Contract

Location: São Paulo, Brazil. Full-time VIE assignment starting 01/02/2027. The iMove program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area aged 18–28, and candidates cannot apply for an assignment in their own country of citizenship.

What you will do

• Design supply strategies and mid- to long-term supply plans for products manufactured by contract manufacturing organizations.
• Optimize inventory levels, service levels, demand forecasts, and product availability while reducing stockouts, excess inventory, and product destruction.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier performance, OTIF delivery, contractual requirements, SLAs, lead times, MOQs, and minimum shelf-life parameters.
• Coordinate supply chain activities for new product launches, artwork changes, product phase-ins, phase-outs, and portfolio optimization.
• Track CMO KPIs, lead performance reviews, implement corrective actions, and develop continuous-improvement plans.
• Coordinate Quality, Logistics, Warehousing, Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, and other stakeholders during supply risks, disruptions, and business-continuity events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in supply chain or industrial-related areas.
• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting, mathematics, logistics, engineering, or a similar field.
• Advanced analytical, Excel, interpersonal, project-management, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting, supplier management, planning, scheduling, production control, GMP, and pharmaceutical distribution processes.
• Advanced English is required; applications must be submitted in English.
• Eligibility: EEA citizenship and age between 18 and 28; the assignment cannot be in the candidate’s country of citizenship.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Knowledge of demand-to-production-to-distribution-center information flows.
