Senior Consultant, Procurement

What you will do

• Analyze procurement processes, procurement organizations, and product groups.
• Develop and implement strategies and measures to optimize supply chains and strategic procurement.
• Deliver consulting projects across industries including retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare.
• Prepare and participate in customer workshops and negotiations, present processes and structures, and build client relationships.
• Contribute to practice areas and centers of excellence to develop cross-industry procurement expertise.
• Take on initial management responsibility and guide interns and consultants.

Requirements

• University degree from a high-ranking university with strong academic results.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement and/or procurement consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking, flexibility with mobility, and enthusiasm for new tasks.
• Business fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Team-oriented, fair, grounded, and aligned with the Inverto culture.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategy consulting.
