IT Infrastructure Engineer (Microsoft 365/Azure)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot network and server infrastructure across multiple client environments.
• Configure and deploy firewalls, switches, servers, and wireless networks.
• Lead the technical execution of client onboarding, migration, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex, multi-layered infrastructure issues.
• Provide technical direction to field engineers and on-site support teams during hardware deployments.
• Perform quality control for hardware deployments and other on-site infrastructure activities.

Requirements

• Hands-on production experience with Fortinet FortiGate, Meraki, and/or SonicWall firewalls.
• Experience deploying and managing Ruckus, Meraki, or comparable enterprise-grade switches and wireless networks.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and Intune administration.
• Experience managing multiple client environments in an MSP or consulting environment, including Lighthouse or similar multi-tenant portals.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and TCP/IP fundamentals.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
