Solutions Consultant (AdTech)

Location: Singapore; hybrid schedule with office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

What you will do

• Provide technical support to small and mid-size publishers, including account management, troubleshooting, and configuration changes.
• Assist with onboarding and integration of new publishers through the publisher journey workflow.
• Manage client cases, document progress, and track tasks using Salesforce and internal support tools.
• Use the Index UI support portal, Confluence, Looker, and other systems to investigate and resolve issues.
• Communicate with clients through email, tickets, and video calls, and provide technical input during Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Maintain product knowledge and contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and operational training.

Requirements

• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Solutions Consulting, or a related technical role.
• Familiarity with ad technology and operations, including ad tags, pixels, and HTTP.
• Ability to read and write basic SQL queries and use basic JavaScript for troubleshooting or light coding.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV, and CSS.
• Strong adaptability, organization, process orientation, collaboration, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience in STV, including knowledge of ad podding and the streaming ecosystem.
