Internal Auditor (Quality Assurance)

Location: McKinley, Taguig City, Philippines; onsite work and night-shift availability required

What you will do

• Audit daily work for accuracy, quality, compliance with procedures, and adherence to client standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports and present client performance results to stakeholders.
• Provide feedback, coaching, QA talks, and process certification support for new hires.
• Investigate client escalations, quality issues, discrepancies, and non-conformances with operations and support teams.
• Recommend process improvements, monitor error correction, and maintain current process documentation.
• Conduct regular, special, and first-level dispute audits as requested by client teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical, technical, or a related area.
• Willingness to work the night shift.
• Ability and willingness to work in McKinley, Taguig.
• Experience with quality reporting, process compliance, and stakeholder communication.
