Licensing Operations Manager (Pooling Only)

Location: Remote from the Philippines; working hours are 9:00 PM–6:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday.

What you will do

• Lead the Licensing team across daily operations and long-term improvements.
• Oversee trademark checks, design approvals, licensing portal submissions, and royalty reporting.
• Manage relationships with university and Greek licensors and develop long-term partnerships.
• Identify new licensing opportunities and expand the network of partner schools and organizations.
• Modernize licensing through AI-powered checks, automated RFP submissions, scalable royalty reporting, and current SOPs.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, Sales, and Design, while coaching the team through documentation and feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, licensing, compliance, or a similar field.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team.
• Strong project management, workflow optimization, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience identifying inefficient processes and implementing automation or workflow tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to work with US-based licensing partners.
• Familiarity with US university and Greek life culture, or the ability to learn it quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with licensing platforms such as Affinity, DLH, or BrandComply.
• Experience using Gmail, Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar systems.
