What you will do

• Trade basketball events by delivering accurate pricing and maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Compile odds and manage end-to-end pricing for assigned basketball leagues and special markets.
• Monitor liabilities, betting patterns, market fluctuations, and real-time betting activity to mitigate risk.
• Create and price basketball betting markets to expand and localize the product offering.
• Work with in-house teams and other traders to improve models, pricing, and trading strategies.
• Collaborate with different divisions and departments while delivering individual and company-level KPIs.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of basketball leagues and competitions, especially the EuroLeague and other European leagues.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and statistical skills with an understanding of sports odds.
• Deep understanding of the sports betting industry and its mechanics.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick, well-informed decisions.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, according to the sports calendar.

Nice to have

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative subject.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
