What you will do

• Perform end-to-end key controls testhirify.global, includhirify.global process walkthroughs, testhirify.global execution, documentation, and evaluation.
• Assess the design and operathirify.global effectiveness of controls across financial, operational, regulatory, and compliance processes.
• Work with control owners, service delivery leads, business stakeholders, and colleagues across hirify.global's global organization.
• Identify risks, evaluate adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements, and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to improvhirify.global testhirify.global processes and ways of workhirify.global while maintainhirify.global high quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in key controls testhirify.global, internal audit, external audit, risk management, or a related discipline.
• Strong understandhirify.global of risk and controls concepts.
• Ability to independently navigate a complex organization and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with bankhirify.global processes, SOx, regulatory reporthirify.global, KYC, FATCA, or financial controls.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Power Automate.
• CIA or CPA certification.
