Financial Operations Support (Insurance)

What you will do

• Verify and code medical provider invoices and liaise with Finance to ensure accurate processing and payment.
• Extract, validate, and deliver monthly annuity reports to the Actuarial team.
• Review and reconcile bordereaux with insurer partners and resolve financial and administrative issues.
• Reconcile accident-related accounts and maintain oversight of outstanding receivables and payables.
• Resolve legacy unreconciled amounts across LPS accounts and help reduce operational backlogs.
• Maintain stakeholder contact records, support fraud case follow-ups, and provide audit documentation and evidence trails.

Requirements

• Previous experience in financial operations, reconciliation, accounting, or insurance and claims financial administration.
• Working knowledge of insurer bordereau processes, regulatory reporting, and accounts receivable/payable concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial data, spreadsheets, and reconciliation tools.
• Experience liaising with insurers and Finance or Actuarial teams, with strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage recurring reconciliation and reporting workloads.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Experience in international employee benefits, life and protection, or insurance operations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar case and claims management systems.
• Experience supporting audits or regulatory and compliance reviews.
