Transportation Associate (Logistics)

Location: Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; onsite warehouse and office work required

Salary: $25.25–$27.25 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differentials, and referral bonuses.

What you will do

• Inspect truckload loading quality, utilization, load securement, and packaging damage across trailers and dock areas.
• Partner with fulfillment teams, leads, supervisors, and site locations to improve loading practices and operational outcomes.
• Coordinate with truckload and small-parcel carriers on schedules, pickups, and delivery performance.
• Update the Manhattan Transportation Management System with truckload movements, milestones, and reports.
• Support reliable facility operations through consistent attendance and shift and break time tracking.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in warehousing or transportation.
• Experience with a Transportation Management System such as Manhattan, Oracle, or JDA.
• Ability to work onsite on a warehouse floor for 8 or more hours per day in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs. independently and maneuver products up to 150 lbs. with a team lift.
• Ability to inspect trailers, climb stepladders, read and comprehend English, and work cooperatively with managers and other departments.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Experience with dispatching or trailer loading.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
