Warehouse Associate

Location: 1414 Harbour Way South, Suite 1750, Richmond, CA 94804, USA. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM, with flexibility required.

Salary: $20–$21 per hour

What you will do

• Cut pole and rail materials with a chop saw according to production specifications.
• Unpack, inspect, organize, receive, and put away warehouse materials and inventory.
• Build drawer boxes and other components for custom closet systems.
• Operate forklifts, load delivery trucks, and stage products for installation and delivery.
• Perform inventory control activities, including quarterly inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while supporting production and warehouse tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience safely operating a chop saw is required.
• Ability to read and write effectively and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly; team lifting is used for heavier items.
• Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is helpful but not required; training and certification are available to qualified candidates.
