What you will do

• Administer employee benefits programs across the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Canada.
• Resolve employee benefits escalations and provide support on coverage.
• Monitor local employment laws and benefits regulations to maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with benefits providers, brokers, payroll teams, and other stakeholders.
• Standardize and improve global benefits processes while accounting for local requirements.
• Maintain benefits data and reporting, and create employee communications for onboarding and ongoing engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in global benefits administration across multiple regions.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, healthcare, life assurance, and other reward programs.
• Understanding of local employment laws and regulatory requirements in the covered regions.
• Strong organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration software in a multinational environment.
