Associate Director, DEC Supply Chain Capability Lead (Remote/Home Based) (Technical Operations and Supply Chain Platforms): Leading strategy, delivery, and operational excellence for digital platforms supporting Global Supply Chain and Technical Operations with an accent on GxP compliance, integrations, data integrity, security, and operational resilience. Focus on building product roadmaps, managing platform risks and lifecycle improvements, enabling analytics and AI capabilities, and developing high-performing capability teams.

What you will do

  • Translate Global Supply Chain priorities into digital strategies, roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the strategy, delivery, operational health, and continuous improvement of platforms supporting Supply Chain and Technical Operations.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, manage tradeoffs, and align products with enterprise standards.
  • Ensure platform support for GxP requirements, validation, audit readiness, security, data integrity, access controls, and change management.
  • Lead and develop capability leaders while managing vendors, partners, product capacity, lifecycle planning, upgrades, and service improvements.
  • Coordinate integrations and data standards, and enable analytics and AI capabilities across Global Supply Chain products.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of progressive leadership delivering or managing Technical Operations systems and products.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
  • Experience owning Technical Operations solutions, reporting platforms, integration platforms, and enterprise digital products.
  • Experience in GxP-regulated environments, including audit management, validation support, and regulated-operations governance.
  • Product-oriented leadership experience focused on measurable, value-based outcomes, stakeholder management, and enterprise-wide standardization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related science, technology, or Information Systems field.
