Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: 21111 Arrington Dr, Selbyville, Delaware 19975, USA; on-site nursing duties with full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available.

Salary: USD 39–41 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct resident assessments and reassessments.
• Provide direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Supervise LPN care staff and day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with regulations and community policies.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance under federal, state, and local standards.
• Promote high-quality service while supporting the community’s mission.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current RN license.
• Experience with long-term care, assisted living, home health, or hospital settings is preferred; at least two years of experience is preferred.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations, nursing practices, techniques, and methods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting or supporting residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
