Test Lead – Time & Attendance (UKG)

Location: Hybrid (remote/office) in Portugal, Poland, or Romania

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end test methodology, strategy, and master test plan for the global UKG Time & Attendance implementation.
• Create standardized test cases, scripts, templates, defect reports, and entry and exit criteria for each testing phase.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple countries while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Execute end-to-end scenarios validating system functionality, data integrity, and information flows into payroll systems.
• Manage the defect lifecycle and collaborate with technical teams through issue resolution.
• Prepare test summary reports covering progress, system quality, and go-live readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in software quality assurance or test leadership for HR systems.
• Experience leading testing for large-scale global implementations, preferably involving UKG Time & Attendance and payroll platforms.
• Expertise in test strategies, test plans, and full testing lifecycle management.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, process improvement, workflow management, report writing, and time and attendance.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and investigation skills, including experience coaching and delegating to project stakeholders.
