Quality Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and own a scalable quality strategy for accelerated software delivery.
• Monitor quality health through meaningful metrics and govern compliant release management.
• Explore and evaluate AI support for quality work, including test-case generation and autonomous test agents.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
• Facilitate automated UI testing and guide teams on unit, integration, and system testing.
• Communicate quality risks and strategy while coaching developers, designers, product managers, and leaders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software quality engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including root-cause analysis and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Experience shaping quality processes rather than only following them.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Curiosity about AI in software engineering and a critical, evidence-based approach to new tools.
• Basic programming knowledge sufficient to collaborate with engineers and evaluate technical quality decisions.
