QA Engineer II (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and execute manual and automated testing for scalable, reliable software products.
• Define functional, regression, negative, usability, and automated test scenarios.
• Design and develop test automation frameworks and solutions across the technology stack.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering on requirements, product reviews, test estimates, schedules, and risks.
• Investigate customer-facing issues, manage defect resolution, and support production releases and hotfix validation.
• Use Claude Code, generative AI, LLMs, custom AI commands, and optimized prompts to author tests and maintain testing infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience defining and developing functional test scenarios, regression tests, negative test cases, and usability tests.
• Experience with both manual testing and test automation.
• Ability to analyze risks, define test strategies, and establish testing goals for new and existing features.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Proactive ownership, solution-oriented thinking, collaboration, resilience, and knowledge sharing.
