Medical Science Liaison Hematology / Oncology (m/f/d)

Location: Remote in Germany; field-based role covering Kiel, Hamburg, Bremen, Hannover, Magdeburg, and Berlin. Frequent travel with overnight stays is required.

What you will do

• Represent Medical Affairs and lead medical and scientific exchanges with hematologists, oncologists, investigators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain engagement plans and long-term relationships with external experts, investigators, and scientific bodies.
• Discuss clinical data on products and pipeline assets and respond to unsolicited medical information requests.
• Facilitate company-sponsored and investigator-sponsored trials, providing investigative site support and field insights to medical and clinical teams.
• Lead and support advisory boards, round tables, investigator meetings, speaker bureau activities, and internal medical training.
• Coordinate with the KAM team and ensure compliance with corporate SOPs and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English are required.
• An advanced clinical or scientific degree is required, such as PharmD, PhD, or MD.
• Previous experience as an MSL or in another medical function is required.
• Experience in hematology and/or oncology is strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays for expert visits, meetings, congresses, and training.
• Flexibility, diplomacy, expectation management, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills.
