Product Marketing Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Establish market thought leadership and support sales revenue targets, with a focus on US market expansion.
• Define product value propositions, differentiators, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create sales enablement materials and content, including case studies, videos, website copy, and blog posts.
• Conduct market research, user testing, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with product management and engineering on product roadmaps and launches.
• Manage a team of designers and marketers while tracking performance and optimizing results.

Requirements

• Fluent English, with excellent spoken, written, and presentation communication skills.
• 2–4 years of marketing or product experience.
• Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Ability to lead analyses, track metrics, develop strategic insights, and optimize performance.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to turn complex topics into compelling narratives for different audiences.
