Senior Product Manager (Terminal Management Platform)

What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Terminal Management Platform.
• Lead platform evolution and adoption across multiple markets, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, onboarding, and business stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities and product enhancements.
• Translate complex business, operational, and technical challenges into product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Use data, customer insights, and performance metrics to guide decisions, roadmap prioritization, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Platform Product Management within software, fintech, payments, or technology environments.
• Experience managing complex platform products rather than purely customer-facing applications.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with Agile development teams and modern software delivery practices.
• Fluency in Czech and English.
• Ability to discuss APIs, integrations, microservices, software delivery, scalability, reliability, and platform architecture with technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, payment terminals, or financial services.
• Knowledge of device management platforms, terminal management systems, IoT products, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, platform technologies, and large-scale distributed systems.
