Product Manager (RF Communications)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. On-site role with a 9/80 schedule; travel of up to 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Develop product strategy, roadmaps, market landscapes, and competitive analyses for RF communications products.
• Manage product lifecycle activities spanning strategy, development, production, sales, promotion, and financial performance.
• Work with customers to understand CONOPS, use cases, requirements, and market demands, translating them into product roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, finance, operations, and administration.
• Guide product research, development, validation, manufacturing, integration, testing, and new product launches.
• Set value-based pricing, manage improvement and defect-resolution budgets, and resolve engineering or production performance issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree and at least 7 years of related experience; 13 years may substitute for a degree.
• Active US Secret Clearance required; security clearances may only be granted to US citizens.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience creating and delivering presentations to executive, engineering, business development, and vendor teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and mentor junior team members.

Nice to have

• Product Management experience with hardware or standalone software products.
• Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Experience in strategy development and the defense or DoD industry.
• Familiarity with the military user community.
