Internship - Sales Support (Investment Management)

Location: Luxembourg (Siège Lux House)

ING Solutions Investment Management is the Luxembourgish ManCo of ING Group, managing UCITS and alternative investment funds distributed across several European ING entities.

What you will do

• Support the Sales team with fund information monitoring, data analysis, and daily operational tasks.
• Prepare tailored presentations, reports, and supporting materials for B2B client meetings and strategic partners.
• Contribute to product materials and maintain website content related to the fund offering.
• Assist with Board Packs for managed investment funds and the Management Board.
• Participate in client meetings and observe Relationship Managers working with international markets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Portfolio, and other internal teams, including work with Bloomberg.

Requirements

• Currently studying Economics, Finance, Business, or a related subject.
• Currently enrolled at a university and able to provide a valid internship convention.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis tools.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to create professional presentations.
• Fluency in English or French is required.
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing or web design.
• Knowledge of German, Dutch, Italian, Polish, or other languages.
