Senior Product Designer — Design Systems (Fintech)

hirify.global is building hirify.global Active, a new retail trading platform.

What you will do

• Own the design system, including token architecture, Figma Variables, the component library, Code Connect mappings, and documentation.
• Connect design and engineering by identifying implementation drift and working with engineers to resolve it.
• Establish and maintain accessibility and quality standards.
• Partner with product managers and product designers when design-system decisions affect the product.
• Use AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to close gaps and accelerate execution.

Requirements

• Experience building or substantially rebuilding a design system.
• Fluency in Figma Variables, design tokens, and design-to-code tools such as Code Connect, Token Studio, or equivalent.
• Ability to define and explain token naming, semantic structure, and governance to engineers and product managers.
• Practical use of AI tooling to improve workflow and close implementation gaps.
• Familiarity with investing or trading through professional or personal experience.
• Comfort working at the product layer and independently with limited oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience with Token Studio or Style Dictionary.
• Background in fintech or financial services.
• Exposure to React component architecture.
• Deep trading-domain expertise.
