Functional Consultant (Spend Management)

Location: Hybrid in Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Linköping, Stockholm, or Östersund, Sweden

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects, including planning, resourcing, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder reporting.
• Guide customers through solution design, deployment, testing, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver customer training sessions on-site or remotely.
• Configure hirify.global solutions according to customer requirements and implementation best practices.
• Analyze spend management processes and drive process optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, specifications, and change requests.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT system implementations, preferably in cloud-based or SaaS environments as a Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and implementation methodologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Swedish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented, business-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining quality and control.

Nice to have

• Experience with spend management solutions.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV, Business Central, SAP, or Infor M3.
