What you will do
- Maintain and update information across multiple business systems.
- Perform data entry and validation while ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Support administrative and operational processes.
- Coordinate information between systems and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation and reports.
- Follow established procedures and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Comfort working with digital tools and structured data.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn; suitable for candidates starting their professional careers.
Nice to have
- Experience with administrative tasks or data management.
