What you will do

• Configure, implement, and optimize SAP CRM solutions and support the migration to SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into functional SAP solutions.
• Configure and support SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing processes.
• Work with Product Modeling Environment (PME) and CRM Middleware.
• Prepare and maintain detailed functional and business process documentation.
• Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders while mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on configuration expertise.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement.
• Functional knowledge of Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Proficiency with Product Modeling Environment (PME) and SAP CRM Middleware.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm, Sweden.
