Platform Specialist (Ivalua Procurement Platform)

Location: Malmö or Älmhult, Sweden. The role is primarily based in the hirify.global workplace, with flexibility to work from home when relevant.

What you will do

• Configure Ivalua features and enhancements for direct and indirect procurement, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop release schedules and coordinate timelines across digital product, platform, development, testing, operations, and product teams.
• Manage testing, validation, deployment, staging, rollback procedures, and production releases.
• Identify release risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with quality, performance, governance, and audit requirements.
• Maintain release documentation and reports, communicate upcoming changes to users, and coordinate post-release support.
• Monitor releases during hyper care, coordinate incident resolution, gather feedback, and improve release processes through automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience configuring Ivalua and managing Ivalua environments.
• Strong experience in release and environment management, including deployment and migration strategies.
• Knowledge of middleware, platform infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and Application Lifecycle Management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and tools including Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, risk management, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, plan resources, and ensure release quality and performance.
