Senior DFT Engineer (Wi-Fi SoC)

Location: Bristol, UK; some travelling is required.

What you will do

• Implement and verify end-to-end Design for Testability for Wi-Fi SoC designs.
• Implement MBIST and validate it through extensive simulations.
• Insert and validate EDT, OCC, scan, and iJTAG methodologies.
• Generate automatic test patterns and perform RTL and netlist pattern simulations with and without timing backannotation.
• Analyze test coverage, improve design testability, and support documentation and DFT sign-off activities.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Extensive experience with EDA IC design and verification tools.
• Experience with digital IC design and verification, DFT architecture and implementation, MBIST, iJTAG, EDT, OCC, scan, ATPG, and pattern simulations.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, or Python.
• Experience with Tessent, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
