AI Engineer

What you will do

• Work with Data Science teams to implement machine learning models in production.
• Design and deliver GenAI solutions and enterprise AI agents.
• Develop scalable LLM, ML, and AI automation solutions.
• Design, deliver, and manage industrialized data processing pipelines.
• Define and implement best practices for ML model lifecycle management, MLOps, and LLMOps.
• Gather technical requirements, estimate planned work, present solutions to clients, and create technical documentation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry, including enterprise AI agent development.
• Strong knowledge of topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding.
• Experience integrating Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI or Foundry models.
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt and instruction design, and agent troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments is advantageous.
