Specialist for Technical Room and Space Planning (Aerospace)

Location: Augsburg headquarters and Kourou launch site; mobile working is available according to the area of responsibility.

What you will do

• Create and maintain a global room book in coordination with Facility Management.
• Maintain technical workstations in SAP and reconcile SAP data, plans, and on-site measurements.
• Prepare area allocations and coordinate them with Controlling.
• Create and update building, media, escape-route, rescue, deployment, and CAD plans using AutoCAD Architecture.
• Plan office allocations with users, occupational safety, and fire protection, including workplace-compliant drawings.
• Coordinate relocations, contractors, refurbishment measures, equipment procurement, production-area planning, and facility-management projects.

Requirements

• Technical draughtsman or technician qualification in structural engineering, architecture, supply engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience in room and area planning.
• Very good knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office programs.
• Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Experience in industrial construction.
• Knowledge of SAP.
