Technical Lead (Agentic AI)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid model with 2–3 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for an embedded squad building reusable and interoperable AI agents.
• Lead large, distributed engineering teams delivering production-grade GenAI services.
• Define agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integration, and knowledge graph architecture.
• Integrate AI agent solutions across owned websites, chatbots, ChatGPT, retailer applications, and enterprise ecosystems.
• Evaluate and leverage Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Salesforce technologies.
• Partner with Advanced Engineering and Modiface teams to make architectural decisions across AI/ML and computer vision initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large, distributed engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in agent orchestration, MCP, A2A integration, and knowledge graphs.
• Strong background building and operating productized GenAI services.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision.
• Experience working with GCP cloud architecture, Google ADK, and Vertex AI.
• Ability to meet security and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
