What you will do
- Lead the development of GenAI and software engineering offerings for emerging client needs.
- Design, manage, and deliver complex AI and software transformation programs tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to shape technology strategies and translate technical insights into strategic decisions.
- Drive business development through client relationship management, proposal leadership, and thought leadership.
- Support practice growth through recruitment, training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with and Platinion leaders, consultants, clients, vendors, and partners.
Requirements
- 7–15 years of experience in technology consulting, software engineering leadership, or AI-driven transformation.
- Deep expertise in GenAI, AI use-case delivery, software modernization, data and analytics, digital platforms, or engineering excellence.
- Experience leading complex AI and software transformation programs and connecting technology decisions to business value.
- Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and facilitation skills for workshops, steering committees, and senior stakeholder discussions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience contributing to go-to-market activities, client development, or practice growth.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, STEM, or Business with a strong understanding of technology.
