Director, Client Consulting (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead the Client Consulting function within hirify.global Consulting and Analytics UK&I and manage a team of consultants.
• Build consulting pipelines, qualify opportunities, develop proposals, lead pitches, and secure new client assignments.
• Develop frameworks, solutions, recommendations, insights, and analyses for strategic client challenges.
• Deliver consulting engagements, manage complex project structures, resolve strategic problems, and present recommendations to clients.
• Partner with marketing, sales, risk, innovation, account executives, and other functional teams to maximize hirify.global resources and synergies.
• Manage pricing, routing, legal and funding approvals, revenue recognition, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Consulting experience from a consulting firm or an in-house strategy function within a financial institution.
• Experience presenting and interacting with senior management at client organizations and hirify.global.
• Strong communication skills, including empathy, active listening, structured argumentation, and pyramid-principle storytelling.
• Experience using PowerPoint, data visualization, and data-driven analysis to support business decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with geographically distributed teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with the ability to lead teams and strategic advisory initiatives.
