What you will do

• Build and execute strategies for working with enterprise partners, including team training, joint operations, and alignment.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from launch through expansion and renewal.
• Represent customer needs and develop joint solutions based on financial-services workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver partner solutions.
• Define success metrics, key performance indicators, and reporting processes.
• Build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and help secure multi-million-dollar contracts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a front-office finance role, specifically sales and trading.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Action-oriented approach combining creative problem-solving with reliable execution.
• Ability to work hands-on with users and guide AI strategy for major financial-services firms.

Nice to have

• Experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup.
• Knowledge of large language models, including transformer architecture.
