Manager Product Assurance (Aerospace)

Location: Parsdorf, Bavaria, Germany; onsite role.

What you will do

• Lead mission assurance and project assurance activities across product development and production programs.
• Establish product assurance frameworks, requirements, governance processes, and assurance metrics.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate technical risks across the product lifecycle.
• Provide independent oversight, lead design assurance reviews, and support qualification reviews and acceptance boards.
• Maintain configuration management and product traceability practices while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Support anomaly investigations, risk disposition, product acceptance, and mission-readiness recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in product assurance, mission assurance, systems engineering, quality engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of aerospace or regulated product development lifecycles and technical risk management.
• Experience participating in or chairing design and qualification reviews.
• Understanding of configuration management and product traceability systems.
• Leadership experience in complex technical environments, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
