Freelance Social Media Manager (AI)

AI company creating training and evaluation data for generative AI models, working with research organizations, technology companies, enterprises, and a global expert and contributor network.

What you will do

• Build, manage, and execute the global organic social media calendar across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Manage executive social profiles and write thought-leadership content in distinct leadership voices.
• Translate technical topics such as RLHF, synthetic data, model evaluation, and fine-tuning into clear social content.
• Engage developers, technical communities, and industry leaders while monitoring brand mentions and fostering discussion.
• Create design briefs, edit video clips, and produce quick social graphics and visual assets using tools such as Canva.
• Track analytics, establish engagement benchmarks, and test new formats and messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or AI.
• Ability to write for data scientists, machine learning engineers, AI researchers, and other technical audiences.
• Deep proficiency with LinkedIn, X, and Reddit.
• Exceptional copywriting skills and the ability to produce thoughtful, human, high-converting content.
• Experience managing executive or C-suite social media channels and capturing distinct tones of voice.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and move quickly in a dynamic technology environment.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with YouTube.
• Experience writing for technology blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, CapCut, Premiere, or similar visual and video editing tools.
