Location: Onsite in Burbank, California, United States

Salary: $34.62–$41.54 per hour, with potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Concept, shoot, and edit social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and emerging platforms.
• Create short-form videos, product-focused content, simple animations, campaign cutdowns, and other platform-native assets.
• Translate campaigns, product stories, and brand priorities into engaging social concepts and executions.
• Adapt existing creative into platform-appropriate formats in partnership with graphic design and creative teams.
• Write concise copy for social and digital content while monitoring trends, cultural moments, formats, and platform best practices.
• Partner with marketing, creative, e-commerce, paid media, and product teams while managing multiple fast-moving projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social content creation, digital content, or a related creative field.
• Strong portfolio of social-first and short-form video content.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and evolving social formats and trends.
• Experience shooting and editing short-form video from concept through execution.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong writing, storytelling, visual judgment, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, or e-commerce brands.
