Social Media Coordinator (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the Greater Austin area, with 24 hours per week and office work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Salary: $17 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for client accounts and hirify.global’s social channels.
• Schedule and manage content in Sprout Social while maintaining consistent messaging across platforms.
• Plan and optimize paid social campaigns, post boosting, and audience engagement initiatives.
• Monitor trends in AI, video algorithms, and emerging social platforms, evaluating tools for client and agency use.
• Manage platform troubleshooting and respond to customer reviews while surfacing actionable brand insights.
• Create light visual assets and analyze paid and organic performance to improve engagement and ROI.

Requirements

• Experience creating, scheduling, and managing social media content.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, best practices, advertising, and post boosting.
• Ability to analyze social media performance and adapt strategies based on data.
• Strong communication and writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Basic design skills or willingness to learn Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools, social media analytics, and review management platforms.
