Quality Manager (Electrolyzer Packaging / GDL)

Location: Muelheim an der Ruhr, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany; flexible and remote work is available.

What you will do

• Develop and implement quality management plans, procedures, and quality control plans for electrolyzer packaging and gas diffusion layer projects.
• Support projects throughout the lifecycle from quotation request through delivery.
• Monitor production ramp-up, project quality performance, and quality metrics.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate quality assessments, root cause analyses, and problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain project quality documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in quality assurance or quality management, ideally in project-based environments.
• Experience with quality management systems such as DIN EN ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of quality principles, methodologies, Six Sigma, Lean, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality.
